As a small business owner, there is something incredibly special about taking a moment to reflect on how far a dream has come. What started as a passion for bringing people together has grown into a business dedicated to creating memorable moments for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and more.
More Than Charcuterie
One of the things I shared during the interview is that Everything But The Wine was never intended to be just about serving food.
For me, it's about creating experiences.
It's about the conversations that begin when guests gather around the cart. It's about creating a welcoming atmosphere during cocktail hour. It's about giving guests a reason to connect, mingle, and enjoy the moment.
Some of the most memorable parts of an event happen in those in-between moments, and that's exactly where our luxury mobile charcuterie cart shines.
From Couture Gifting to Everything But The Wine
The journey began through my other business, Couture Gifting, where I spent years creating thoughtful gifts and experiences for clients.
As I continued entertaining and creating charcuterie boards for friends and family, people began asking if I would create boards for their gatherings. Soon after, they wanted to learn how to create them themselves.
What started as a few requests quickly evolved into workshops, private events, and eventually the creation of Everything But The Wine.
Today, we proudly serve weddings, cocktail hours, bridal showers, corporate events, client appreciation events, grand openings, and private celebrations throughout the Phoenix area.
Why Cocktail Hour Matters
One of the topics I am most passionate about is helping couples create an unforgettable cocktail hour experience.
While couples are often busy taking photographs after their ceremony, guests are ready to celebrate. Cocktail hour sets the tone for the entire reception and creates one of the first opportunities for guests to relax, connect, and enjoy the celebration.
Our mobile charcuterie cart isn't simply a display of food. It's a fully hosted experience where we handle the setup, service, and cleanup so couples can focus on enjoying their day while guests enjoy a beautiful and memorable experience.
