Our Homeschool Charcuterie Workshops are designed to give kids an opportunity to learn by doing. Each workshop combines practical kitchen skills with creativity, decision-making and following directions in a relaxed, social environment.

Basic Kitchen Skills
Students practice handling ingredients, portioning, arranging foods and working carefully in a kitchen-style environment.

Each child works through step-by-step instructions while learning how individual steps come together to create a finished project.

Students learn that there is room for creativity. They make choices about placement, patterns and presentation as they build their board.

Kids are encouraged to complete the process themselves, ask questions when needed and feel proud of what they created.
