Meet Linda Eskridge

Behind Everything But The Wine is founder Linda Eskridge, a creative entrepreneur with a passion for bringing people together through beautiful, thoughtful, and memorable experiences.

What started as a natural extension of Linda’s love for entertaining quickly grew into something much more meaningful. After years of creating custom gifts and curated experiences through Couture Gifting, friends and clients began asking Linda to create fresh charcuterie platters for their own gatherings. Soon after, they wanted to learn how to create them too — and from there, Everything But The Wine was born.

Today, Everything But The Wine has grown into a luxury mobile charcuterie cart experience serving weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, client appreciation events, workshops, and more throughout the Phoenix area.

For Linda, it has never been just about the food. It is about the way guests feel when they gather around the cart, the conversations that naturally begin, and the memories created in those in-between moments.

Known as the “Cocktail Hour Queen,” Linda specializes in transforming cocktail hour into a hosted guest experience that feels intentional, beautiful, and effortless. From setup and styling to guest service and cleanup, her goal is to make every event feel seamless for the host and unforgettable for the guests.

Linda lives in Goodyear, Arizona, with her husband, Brian. Together, they have a beautiful blended family with their children, Brielle, Jordan, Sammi, and Brandon.

When she is not creating memorable event experiences, Linda is active in the local business community, including her involvement with BNI, where she has served in multiple leadership roles and continues to support other business owners through connection, collaboration, and referrals.

Everything But The Wine is more than a business to Linda — it is a reflection of her heart for hospitality, her eye for detail, and her belief that great conversations often begin around great food.
